Did everyone out there get a chance to make it to Celebrate Erie? I hope so. I heard a lot of good reviews about the concerts to the food to the atmosphere.
A lot of the headliners such as Foreigner brought out the crowds to Celebrate Erie. Plus, all of the chalk drawings at the event were amazing!! This shot is of a few of some of the greatest chalk drawings I got to see on Friday. It was another great weekend for Celebrate Erie in 2008.

Hey Liz,
Do you have a photo of just the heart/kids ??? It was my favorite. And what about the one from Giant Eagle of the animals in vivid colors with big eyes on West 8th or 9th between State and French Sts. and the one from the Erie Community Foundation of the old salt with the young boy and dog gazing out to sea??? Thanks. let me know.
I do have the individual picture of the heart with the kids in it. I didn’t get the one from Giant Eagle though or the one from the Community Foundation.
